The management of Byrd Construction Services, Inc. is entirely committed to meeting all of the requirements of the AISC, ASME, and the AWS, as well as, the control plan outlined in B.C.S.'s "Quality Control Manual". The control manual provides direction in the quest for continuous improvement and requires that it be understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the company. Continued efforts in training and utilizing our own comprehensive quality control program unite our craftsmen with your engineering department to work closely to meet your requirements and specifications, from design to completion. We feel that our unsurpassed product and service quality is what has enabled us to be a leader in the industrial fabrication and erection field. An uncontrolled copy of our Quality Control Manual can be obtained upon request.
Another aspect of our quality control program is the ability to update the customer at regular intervals on the progress of their projects. These updates can be in the form of formal progress report forms, or as simple as photo progression of the fabrication process. Our "Total Quality Management" plan will insure that your projects are completed "As Specified" and "On-Time".
Safety
Byrd Construction Services, Inc. has an active safety program and is Alabama certified as a Drug-Free work Place. Our company's chartered safety program addresses environmental health and safety for all shop and field employees. It is managed by our full time, in-house safety director who is an OSHA certified Construction Outreach Program Training Director. Our industrial safety program is committed to providing a safe environment for every person on our job site, and will comply with site-specific safety issues as well as all local, state and federal regulations. Our safety experience modifier has remained consistently below the national average for our risk pool. A current copy of our safety program is available upon request.
